  • Prepare and execute mid-term lease agreements

  • Ensure tenants sign all rules & occupancy documents

 

Property Access & Coordination

  • Coordinate key handoff / move-in logistics (if needed)

  • Manage property maintenance requests

  • Coordinate contractors for repairs or services

  • Oversee cleaning teams between stays

  • Perform visual property checks after each cleaning

 

Owner Support

  • Provide monthly updates

  • Report damages, issues, or needed maintenance

 

Not Included in Lite Plan

  • Guest/tenant screening

  • Marketing or listing creation

  • Booking management or guest communication

  • Collecting payments or deposits
