  • Set dynamic nightly/weekly rates for maximum occupancy and revenue

  • Track all revenue and expenses

  • Provide monthly income and performance reports

 

Property Operations

  • Coordinate cleanings and turnovers

  • Manage contractors and maintenance requests

  • Conduct inspections after turnovers

  • Handle emergency repairs

 

Guest Communication

  • Respond to guest messages and complaints
